Integrations - Create New Opportunities from Emails

Article Summary

There are times when the lead source that you have cannot establish a direct integration, not just with InvestorFuse, but other web based apps as well. This may be because the lead source doesn't have any means of connecting in such a way that little to no human interaction is required (Webhooks, API, Zapier)

If the place where you are getting leads has the capability of sending these prospects via email, then we can look into it for you.

Conditions

  • The email should contain one (1) lead information only. Having multiple lead details in one email will result to only capturing the first instance in the email body
  • The lead provider should be able to add multiple email notification recipients for leads
  • Details in the email that do not match up to a field in your marketspace will be placed in the notes section
  • Lists cannot be parsed out into multiple entries into your marketspace
  • The content of the email body must be properly formatted in a linear matter
    Example

Common Lead Providers

Below is a list of common lead providers that we have integrated using this method.

Requesting an Integration

To request an integration, please prepare the following;

  • 2 - 3 sample emails for lead notifications
  • The campaign name that they should be assigned to in InvestorFuse
  • The employee in the marketspace that will receive these leads

Send the above given details to setup@investorfuse.com

Wait for our response

A representative from our team will respond with a special email address. Add this email address as a recipient of lead email notifications in your lead source.
After doing so, send one live test to the email address or have a representative of your lead provider send it.

After we have confirmed receipt of the test, we will start working on the integration, and will get back to you once the setup has been completed.
