My Profile Global Actions

Global Actions is a collective information dashboard that shows your Actions throughout all of the Teams that you belong to within IF3. 

You are able to select the Action Type you want to view by clicking on the headings and you're also able to search for specific actions from this location.

Access My Profile Global Actions

1. Click your Profile Picture
2. Select My Global Actions
3. Select the types of Actions you wish to view by clicking the checkbox in each category.
4. To view or edit a specific Action click on the checkbox next to the Action.
5. You can assign the Action to someone else by clicking the three dots to the right of the Action and then click Edit Action.
6. The simple search functions work by typing the Action name. For example, type Call New Lead to look for Call New Lead Actions.
7. For a granular filter click on the Filter link in the upper right and select the categories you want to drill into. You can sort it by the due date or just show today's actions.
