    Article Summary

    Add your personal information to your profile including your photo and contact information. It's important to have at least your name in your account so we can easily see who we're talking to when you open up a support chat ticket. 

    Edit your profile

    1. Click the Profile Icon above your profile picture
    2. Select My Settings. This will take you to My Account.
    3. Click Edit Profile Picture to add an image. You can select any image for your profile, however for the best results use an image that is circular or square in shape, a rectangular image will look distorted.

    4.. Enter your name and contact information in the provided fields. The phone number saved is where the SMS notifications will be sent to.

    Possible Issue for Callrail Users 
    Please do not use a Callrail tracking number within your Account Profile. We have found that doing so causes a perpetual SMS notification loop.  

    5. Click Save

    Edit another user's profile

    Editing another user's profile is a very similar process shown above. This functionality is available for Owner and Manager users.
